We rent selected rooms in our established practice to therapists whose work fits our values. Half-days or fixed days per week.

An experienced, interdisciplinary team of physiotherapy, osteopathy, ayurveda and psychology. You are not alone – but you have your own room.

Reception & waiting area

Shared use of reception, waiting zone, kitchenette and sanitary facilities. No separate front desk needed – patients arrive at a calm, guided place.

Prime location

Bus 31 stops at the door, trams 2/3/8 within walking distance, 12 minutes on foot from Zurich main station. Your patients find us easily.

Clear processes

Cleaning, Wi-Fi, heating, waste – all sorted. You focus on your work.

Optional add-ons

Reception/phone service, a slot in our onedoc booking system (phase 2). We grow with your needs.

Networking

Opportunity for collegial exchange, mutual referrals and shared patient consultations when desired.

We rent in a curated way.

Whoever works with us shapes the perception of the practice. That's why it matters to us who moves into our rooms. We decide consciously and transparently:

  • Membership in a recognized professional association.
  • Value compatibility: holistic without healing promises, evidence-aware work.
  • Willingness for collegial collaboration with the existing team.
We don't see ourselves as a co-working provider – we are building a long-term stable practice ecosystem.

Rentals FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is the minimum commitment?+
For fixed days we recommend a 3-month minimum, then monthly notice (1 month). Half-days and day rentals are possible without minimum term, from 2 bookings per month.
What happens if I am ill or absent?+
For fixed days you bear the booked time – similar to a classical practice rental. For half-days, sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance free of charge.
Can I visit the rooms in person?+
Of course. After a first review of your documents we arrange a 45-minute visit – no obligation.
Do I need my own professional liability insurance?+
Yes. Valid professional liability insurance is required and must be confirmed in writing before rental begins.
Are the rooms recognized by health insurers?+
Recognition runs through you as therapist (EMR, ASCA, RME, professional association). The rooms themselves are not certified. We are happy to share experience from our own recognitions.
Is there a reception or phone service?+
Phase 1: shared reception area, patients arrive directly. From phase 2 we offer an optional reception service and a slot in our onedoc booking system – both bookable separately.
Can I switch to online booking later?+
Yes. Once we have onboarded you as a renter, we open a personal online booking access for residual capacity (phase 2).
